Abstract

The Village Office is a place for service activities in the village, the condition of a village office reflects village
identity, the slow development of village spirit is influenced by aspects such as economic, social and
environmental. In the 2019-2023 period, the spirit of the village shows progress, which is inseparable from the
cooperation of village officials who contribute to realizing an advanced village, the values that are internalized
by village officials have an impact on society, this happens because of strong bonds, beliefs, and cohesiveness
in a group called bonding social capital, creates attachment to social status, thereby increasing the performance
of village apparatus in realizing an advanced village. This study uses a qualitative method, ethnographic
approach. There were 5 participants in this study, the selection of informants used the Snowball method. Data
verification uses data triagulation, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study found
1) there was a strong relationship with the village apparatus, which gave birth to social bonds Bonding social
capital, which increased the performance of the village apparatus, marked by increased IDM and developed
village status, 2) strong social capital relations generated noble values that were lived together, so as to create
strong relationships within the village organization such as kinship, trust, dedication, and enthusiasm for
building the village, 3) strong relationships and bonds within the village community make them bond, because
that's what makes them bound born from an appreciation of religious values, ideology the same, and friendship.
