GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA KARYAWAN DI DEALER HONDA PANCA MOTOR SEBOPET BENGKAYANG

This study aims to determine the leadership style in increasing the effectiveness of
employee performance at the Honda Panca Motor Dealer Sebopet, Bengkayang. This
study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach that looks at the
behavior of the dealer leader. What makes the picture in this study is how the attitude
and behavior of the leadership in increasing the effectiveness of the performance of
their employees. The subjects of this study were leaders, employees, and apprentices
at the Honda Panca Motor Dealer Sebopet, Bengkayang. Based on the results of the
study, it was found that the leadership style in increasing the effectiveness of
employee performance at the Honda Panca Motor Dealer Sebopet, Bengkayang was
good. The dealership leader has shown his attitude and behavior to his subordinates
without hiding his bad attitude which will spur empliyees ti think negative things. So
that employees feel satisfaction from the company that is obtained from their leaders
and make their work not burdened by the attitude or behavior of the leadership.
